Cherokee CRC, LLC (CCRC) offers a competitive list of benefits for full-time employees (who work at least 32 hours per week) in addition to your hourly or salary rate.

Paid Holidays
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers ten (10) paid holidays per year, including:

  1. New Year’s Day - January 1st
  2. Birth of Martin Luther King Jr. - Third Monday of January
  3. Washington’s Birthday/Presidents Day - Third Monday of February
  4. Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
  5. Independence Day - July 4th
  6. Labor Day - First Monday in September
  7. Veterans Day - November 11th
  8. Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November
  9. Black Friday - The Friday After Thanksgiving Day
  10. Christmas Day - December 25 th

Annual Vacation Leave
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers ten (10) days of paid vacation per year for employees who have been with the company less than five years. For employees who have been with the company between five and nine years, Cherokee CRC offers fifteen days of paid vacation per year. Twenty days of paid vacation is offered to employees who have been with the company ten years or greater. Vacation accrues each pay period (2 weeks annual vacation = 3.0769 hours per pay period). Employees will be allowed to take only accrued vacation with a minimum of 4 hours per request. Unused vacation will be carried over.

Personal Time Off (PTO)/Sick
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers six (6) days of personal time off per year. PTO accrues at an approximate amount of 1.8462 hours per pay period. Employees will be allowed to take only accrued PTO. Unused PTO can be carried over up to a total of 96 hours (12 days).

Term Life Insurance
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers Term Life Insurance through MetLife. This plan covers $50,000 maximum for basic life, accidental death and dismemberment. There is no medical requirement under this term life plan with an employee contribution of 0%.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance through MetLife. This STD covers 60% of the employees’ pre-disability earnings with the maximum weekly benefit of $1,500. CCRC’s STD coverage begins at 14 days and ends at 11 weeks of continued disability.

Optional Long Term Disability Insurance
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers employee paid Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance through Kansas City Life. This age-based LTD covers 60% of the employees’ monthly salary to a maximum of $6,000/month once an employee has been disabled for 90 days.

Optional Medical Benefits
Cherokee CRC, LLC offers a comprehensive medical plan through Cherokee Nation Entertainment(CNE) to Full-Time employees (employees working 32 or more hours per week), including medical, dental and vision. Benefits are available after 60 days of CCRC employment for hourly employees and on date of hire for salaried employees. The Cherokee Nation Entertainment Health Plan is with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBS). BCBS provides a Preferred Provider Network within the state of Oklahoma and in most states within the United States.

Optional Simple IRA Retirement Plan
Cherokee CRC offers a Simple IRA Retirement Plan for all employees who have been employed with the company for a minimum of one (1) year or who has earned $5,000 in compensation. Under this plan, the company will match the employee's contribution (on an annual basis in February) up to a maximum contribution of three percent (3%) of the employees' annual salary.  The employee is able to contribute up to a maximum contribution of six percent (6%) of their annual salary. The employee contributions are made on a pre-tax basis, thereby, reducing the current tax burden.
