Environmental Assessments: Cherokee CRC, LLC has been performing environmental assessments since 1988. In a typical environmental assessment, CCRC evaluates actual or potential environmental liabilities associated with current and past activities on or near the site. The important aspects of an environmental assessment include researching the site history and investigating the site conditions. Environmental assessments may be required by governmental regulations or may be conducted as part of a property transfer.
